Lack of Spa facilities and inconsistencies with staff makes this hotel not a five star hotel

Pros: Breakfast was amazing. Location was good. Building was beautiful and historical. Nikolas was very helpful Cons: This property doesn’t have air con. Old building so heatwave isn’t manageable with their systems. No swimming pool, jacuzzi and steam baths available. We booked it with them advertised and this was then advised to us two days before we arrived that the main Spa facilities were not working all summer. Therefore not a five star hotel. Staff were on and off very good or not engaging. Had to ask three times for room to be cleaned.

Pros: Lokalizacja jest kusząca ale zdecydowanie odradzam. Cons: Zginęły wartościowe przedmioty. Obsluga przeciągała odpowiedź. Po kontakcie na maila otrzymałem przeprosiny za zwłokę czasową ale sprawa nie jest wyjaśniona. Czytałem opinie w internecie i okazało się że nie jest to jedynka nasz przypadek. W tych Hotelu Kradną i sądząc po jakości obsługi nie chcą nic zmieniać w tej sprawie. Odradzam !

Pros: Hotel molto bello, arredi stupendi, personale gentilissimo, frigo bar generoso Cons: Aria condizionata non funzionante, piscina non funzionante
