Luxury and great vibes in the Gothic Quarter

The location is great, in the Gothic Quarter but away from La Rambla. Lots of options for food and shopping, and also close to several laundromats. The bed is the most comfortable bed I have slept on in Europe, ever! And the Euro pillows are items I want for my home. Also, the amenities are quite nice. Rooftop pool and bar, with food. A spa with hammam. A small but well kept gym. And A/C that works well! Last, the customer service is very good. Air France lost a bag, but our Concierge, Valentina, was able to help us call the local Air France office and we eventually had our bag delive

Pros: Centrally located, very good breakfast, very helpful staff - the restaurant is also excellent Cons: Fancy design is sometimes not practical : window you can’t open and a shower pane of the bathtub that leaks so you flood the bathroom when you use it. WiFi in the room was not working.
