Amazing stay loved it!! The staff were so gracious. Went above and beyond. We loved the breakfast buffet.

Pros: Personnel Chic French decoration Excellent breakfast with a superb view Rooftop terrace and pool Cons: The pool closes at 8 p.m. And the pool staff waits in front of you for you to leave. Very disrespectful for a hotel of this standing and at the price we pay per night

Pros: Grand Hotel du Lac is the perfect place to get a rest after a busy day in Hanoi. The staff goes above and beyond with their hospitality. They're always there to help you with everything you need. And the beds are perfect! Cons: The swimming pool is nice but a bit smaller than the pictures.

Pros: Everything!!!!! It was a wonderful stay!!!! All staff members were extremely welcoming and helpful! The hotel restaurant serves delicious food and breakfast was a delight! The location is perfect for exploring Hanoi. Cons: Nothing
