Pros: Grand Hotel du Lac is the perfect place to get a rest after a busy day in Hanoi. The staff goes above and beyond with their hospitality. They're always there to help you with everything you need. And the beds are perfect! Cons: The swimming pool is nice but a bit smaller than the pictures.
