Grand Hotel Gallia & Londres

Not impressed. I won't stay again.

Pros: Location was very good, very central for access the main sites. Cons: The staff at reception varied from being helpful to unhelpful and rude. My bathroom had black and orange mould, there were hairs on the shower and bathroom floor. There were coffee making faciliyies but only 2 tiny containers of milk left daily-on one occasion I asked for more milk and I was handed a single tiny container of milk, not enough for a cup! Small but irritating issues I would no expect to gind on a 4 stars hotel.

Stay was ok. Could have been better if rooms were not so dated

Our waiter, Murphy, at the Belle Epoque restaurant was outstanding. His friendly service mad our evening .

Amazing location

The location is Perfect to visit the sanctuary. If breakfast is included Aida will make sure you get a delicious omelette. Highly recommend having dinner onsite worth every penny and Samuel will ensure you get the best service, amazing food and a huge smile

Bad customer service

I have stayed in this hotel on a suite for three days. Hotel and the room was nice but the staff at the reception are very rude. Specially a member of staff called Maiva is so rude and ignorant . In a nice hotel like this staff like her is spoiling the reputation of the hotel.
