Not impressed. I won't stay again.
Pros: Location was very good, very central for access the main sites.
Cons: The staff at reception varied from being helpful to unhelpful and rude. My bathroom had black and orange mould, there were hairs on the shower and bathroom floor. There were coffee making faciliyies but only 2 tiny containers of milk left daily-on one occasion I asked for more milk and I was handed a single tiny container of milk, not enough for a cup! Small but irritating issues I would no expect to gind on a 4 stars hotel.

Pros: Het is de 2de maal dat ik dit hotel verbleef. De eerste morgen waren reeds 2 personen die ons herkende van vorig jaar.
Het personeel aan het ontbijt en 's avonds voor het avondeten waren heel vriendelijk en gedienstig. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid het avondeten was heel lekker en mooi gepresenteerd. Ook een voordeel dicht bij het heiligdom.

Una posizione eccellente, qualche dettaglio da rinnovare
Pros: Hotel storico e molto elegante, in una posizione fantastica a due passi dal Santuario. Camere confortevoli.
Cons: Alcuni ambienti e dettagli della struttura mostrano un po’ i segni del tempo. La colazione un po’ spoglia.
