Stay was good but not impressive
Pros: Room was good; bed was comfortable; breakfast was good and overall environment was pleasant. Cons: Heating in our room was very poor. I tried putting on the heater but did not work. Electric heater by the window was turned on, but did not work. disappointing. Towels were not changed despite we spent two nights in the hotel. No small fridge to store medication. A 4* hotel of that calibre should have a small fridge
