Fabulous hotel with helpful staff

Very professional, friendly staff.

Pros: Breakfast was amazing, a huge selection. Staff were all really friendly, room service and cleaning was regular and done to a high standard. Exceeded my expectations with gifts while leaving (shout out to Alina who did a fantastic job with checkout! :) ) , just a wonderful, friendly, comfortable hotel that I'd be happy to go back to. Piano playing in the ground floor bar was also brilliant. Cons: N/A. Had no issues while staying.

Wonderful

Pros: Fantastic hotel. With great history. Staff were very helpful. Beautiful breakfast. Catering.Bar staff .reception were just great. Have to say. Filip. At front desk area was so very helpful exceptional. Wonderful kind manner very approachable an asset to your hotel. He just seemed to be there every time you needed information or help Cons: No iron in room was able to use a ironing room but irons were poor quality
