Pelo padrão, podia ter sido melhor.
Pros: Sempre fico nas redes Hyatt pelo mundo. E existe um padrão que gosto muito. Cons: No grand Hyatt de São Paulo, tem faltado um cuidado e compromisso com os horários de check in, sempre que tenho ido, acabo tendo que esperar ou trocar de quarto. Houve um episódio recente, mas que foi resolvido com o cuidado e carinho dos funcionários, mas isso não tira o dano que nos causou. Precisa muito melhorar essa logística dos quartos.

Otimo Atendimento, Superou e muito minhas espectativas.
Pros: Otimo atendimento, muita atenção por todos os funcionarios, meu filho falou que foi o melhor hotel que ele ja ficou até hoje. Cons: Sem nada a pontuar nessa questão, fui muito bem atendido.

Pros: Banheira boa e banheiro espaçoso, vista muito bonita Cons: Ainda tinha uma equipe de limpeza dentro do quarto quando chegamos para o checkin. Não foi avisado na recepção de nos deparamos com dois homens desconhecidos que não esperavamos estarem no nosso quarto.
