Lokasi strategis dekat mall Pakuwon

Pros: Lokasi dekat dengan mall, lokasi di Jl. Gejayan sehingga mudah cari makanan dan belanja kebutuhan Cons: Akses jalan ke Mall agak susah karena harus melipir di ringroad (kurang aman) atau jalan agak memutar (jalan sempit dan lalu lalang kendaraan), jadi mending ojek online saja walau dekat
