PROFESSIONALISM and RESPECTFUL 👍🌽

Miss Habiba is an excellent lady. Very PROFESSIONAL with POSITIVE ATTITUDE during our period of stay at this great hotel. Always ask me if I need anything in my room or needed to be clean. She is always smiling everytime we see her in the hallway or when is knocking on our door for service, very FRIENDLY lady. Miss Habiba should be promoted to management level because of her POSITIVE ATTITUDE and PROACTIVE about everything. Thank you. 👍🌺🍌

Excellent cleanliness

Excellent cleanliness and hospitality. Right from the valet, concierge, and reception, the warm faces of the staff were highly welcoming. Paras at housekeeping ensured my room was pristine after his cleaning session everyday. Highly recommending the experience if you’re looking forward to a great experience overall.

Great comfortable room!

I Stayed on 23rd floor and was provided a great service by housekeeping Maya, she made sure my room was clean and fresh and was so kind and professional!
