Pros: The only good thing about it was the view and Iocation. Cons: the room is outrageously priced for the tiny size it was and it was just a very big disappointment for $500 for one night. will never recommend it to anyone and will never be staying there again.

The fire alarm went off before 6am for 20 minutes and it was a false alarm - great start to the week
Pros: Location was convenient to many places. Cons: There are steps leading from parking to elevator, a ramp would be best especially for people with luggage. Also, parking should be included in the room rate and not a seperate charge. I found the parking rate to be extremely high for a guest who is already staying there. Very unnecessary.
Very poor maintenance in suite & elevator, should not a 4star or 3 star. good location

Was a convenient spot to walk up Granville St. to Gastown, and get to Granville Island etc.
Pros: Location, prompt help with staff when TV didn't work Cons: The kitchen was poorly equipped without decent sized cereal bowls and enough cutlery.
