Normal….

Excellent
Pros: Location, apartment size, amenities, staff, washing machines, fresh air - my needs were accommodated and I had a wonderful stay. Polanco is a great neighbourhood to be in. Security, reception were very friendly and helpful Cons: Bathroom tiles and shower heads are quite dated. Dust gets caught at the corners.
