Great hotel, great location breakfast lets it down
Pros: Great location, have stayed before so knew what to expect. Room is clean & comfortable & staff are always so polite & helpful Cons: Breakfast consisted of hot/cold buffet with a great range of choice It’s such a shame that the hot buffet wasn’t near anywhere hot and this was an issue the last time we stayed. We were there at 8am so not late
Avoid as better places out there for cheaper
Pros: The foyer was lovely Cons: The bathroom taps didn’t work and the club double room was tiny, the bathroom was very small and shower was not great as had to duck to fit under it, wouldn’t stay here again

My favorite hotel in London but without basement rooms
Pros: This is not my first stay here and will not be the last, the place is wonderful, the building is very elegant and the location is excellent in front of Kensington Gardens and around it there are shops, restaurants, cafes, and two metro stations, the staff is very friendly. Cons: I booked three months before my trip and upon arrival I was given a room with hot air conditioning and the weather in July is already hot, I asked to change the room and was moved to a room in the basement! I objected in vain, but with my insistence on changing the room, they told me the next day that I would be
Avoid at all costs
Terrible Experience at this “Hotel”. One of the worst places I have ever stayed at. Terrible staff, filthy, hot and just uncomfortable. Very happy that I stayed just one night. Please avoid this dump! The only positive is the location! That said, it is above a tube line…
