Pros: Wuuuunderschönes Hotel, englischer gehts nicht, sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet Cons: Zimmer gnadenlos winzig, aber gehört in London wohl einfach dazu

Pros: Beautiful old building and great location. Cons: Customer service lacking. They are under staffed, couldn't find a soul to assist me on one occasion. Coffee served in a chipped cup at breakfast, dead flowers in the dining room that looked like they had been there for 2 weeks. Chaotic waiting line for a seat at breakfast on Saturday morning. Broken soap dispenser in the bathroom which was never changed, I was there for 3 days. Details are, for me, the things that make or break an experience and on this occasion, while the staff were nice enough they did not go above and beyond the call of

Pros: The room was clean, bed comfortable and everything worked fine . No noise. The breakfast was really good. Plentiful and good quality. Cons: A little small but fine for 1 especially given the reasonable price for London
