A Disappointing Experience at a Supposed 4-Star Hotel
There is absolutely no way this hotel deserves 4 stars. Everywhere you go, the place looks old and tired, with wallpaper hanging off the walls and the whole property in need of some serious refurbishment. Unfortunately, the standard was nowhere near what you would expect from a 4-star hotel. I definitely would not recommend staying here.

Pleasant stay, rooms could just use a sprucing
Pros: The location is ideal for theatre visits and ease of access to the city. We got a complimentary upgrade for free so the room was very spacious. The toiletries provided were nice and shower pressure was good. The room temperature was ideal with aircon. Cons: Staff were not very friendly or approachable (you feel reluctant to approach staff if you did need assistance which we didn't thankfully). Room itself felt run down (eg. threadbare curtains and towels, stained walls and carpets, bath tarnished).

Nous étions au premier étage. Cons: la salle de bain mériterait d'être refaite, elle est propre mais viellissante et pas pratique . Bouilloire disponible en chambre avec sachets de thé mais pas de cafetière dommage
