Opholdet var fint, men morgenmadssituationen var virkelig frustrerende.
Pros: Værelset var stort og rent. Vi havde et badekar på badeværelset, det var dejligt.
Nye håndklæder og redt seng hver dag.
Cons: Vi havde på forhånd bestilt morgenmad. Da vi dukker op til morgenmaden, siger personalet at vi ikke har morgenmad inkluderet. Vi taler med receptionen hvorefter de bekræfter os i at morgenmad er inkluderet. De følgende morgener blev personalet ved med, at insistere på at morgenmaden ikke var inkluderet, hvorefter vi måtte forklare dem situationen.
Personalet virkede ikke særligt samarbejdsvillige og talte i øvrigt ikke så godt engelsk.

Great overnight stay
Pros: I was transferred and upgraded to a large luxury toom in the sister Beauchamp hotel about 300 yards away in the same road. It was marvelous. Thankfully the hofdl had a lift, The breakfast was high quality with a great selection with the continental and with a beautifully cooked and presented full english bramfast. Reception staff were heloful and welcoming.
Cons: Bed high qualiry but slightly too firm for me but I still slept well.

Un séjour très agréable dans un cadre des plus charmants.
Pros: Un hôtel charmant à 2 pas du British Muséum dans une rue très old fashion. On pouvait aller à pied jusqu'à Buckingham Palace en passant par Trafalgar square.
Cons: L'hôtel n'est pas prévu pour de grosses chaleurs comme on a eu.

Needs an update
Pros: Local to where we were, very clean
Cons: Although clean and tidy and good location, it is a bit dated and need a good modernisation.
Also when booking it said full breakfast included, but this was only continental and you have to pay more for a fry up

Despite that problem, I look forward to my next visit
Pros: I've enjoyed staying in this group of hotels before. The location is good with excellent transport links. Nice spacious rooms. Friendly staff. Close to the British Museum and Covent Garden.
Cons: Unfortunately, although my friend and I had booked to stay in the same Grange Hotel, I was re-located, without notice, to a different Grange Hotel a few houses down.
