Right by Van Dusen Gardens!
Beautiful house, comfy bedding, luxury accommodation. The staff was very knowledgeable and gave us dining and sightseeing recommendations. Breakfast was tasty- a baked apple custard and stoneground oats. They are updating their furniture this week so it will be even nicer.

Likes: the staff were very helpful and courteous. The size of the room was good. The house was located on a bus route to get into the city centre. We felt that we could come and go as we pleased. Beverages were available in the dining room 24 hours per day. Dislikes: the owners appeared to be living on past glories and they were saving on costs. In our bathroom, 3 lights had had their bulbs removed, no headboard on the bed, damaged decor not repaired, chair seat cushions used as cushions for the settee, there was a notice saying that if you take shampoo from the bathroom you would be ch

It was amazingly clean and quiet even though there were about 10 other people there, we didn’t realize it until morning. It had all the amenities of a hotel, best shower I’ve ever had. Bed was comfortable, room a good size with fridge & safe. I would highly recommend this B&B even to those who only do hotels. Give it a chance.

Wonderful place to stay. Randy was an excellent host. We truly enjoyed breakfast too.
