Grays Court Hotel

Fabulous and highly recommend for couples who want a class hotel

Pros: The location is incredible not just proximity to the city but the building itself. It is a wonderful old property. Staff were friendly but also genuine. Their high levels of customer service were completely natural. Bedroom was clean and the bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in Cons: There is only a limited selection for breakfast but it is a small hotel so they presumably wish to avoid wastage. I would have liked there to have been more self serve options.

Was een heerlijk verblijf.

Pros: Zeer vriendelijk, en goeie ligging. Cons: Jammer dat het restaurant gesloten was.

A lovely hotel but they should invest in some proper floor mounted fans

Cons: There were no effective fans in the room, there was a heatwave on and the two mini fans provided made no impact at all. Had we not anticipated this and brought our own large fan with us, it would have been an unbearable stay in what in every other way is a lovely hotel.
