Beautiful hotel, great location
Wonderful atmosphere as soon as you enter reception and how attentive the hotel staff are towards each guest. Excellent city location to river, embankment and many well know London landmarks and tube stations.

Value for money gained through location rather than hotel room itself.
Pros: Always a convenient location for a running event we take part in. Cons: Having stayed at the hotel before this was probably the smallest room we have ever had. Asked for a quiet room and had to change as initial room was opposite service lift, not quiet. We were spoilt as we had a balcony last year. Not the size of room I would expect given the price.

A wonderful stay for our anniversary!
My husband and I had a wonderful stay here! Gregory and the hotel staff made us feel so special for our wedding anniversary. The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of London and we found it easy to navigate to our planned activities. Breakfast service was excellent and the staff was very attentive. Food was great. Rooms were clean and well air-conditioned in the summer heat. We would not hesitate to stay here again!
