Not good

Pros: Close to the city. Cons: Online TV like YouTube is slow. The sink was slow to flush.

Loud and disappointing.

Pros: Mukta - On reception, was smiley, personable and made an effort to listen to us. She was a very welcoming presence in an otherwise awful stay. The hotel also made some effort to rectify issues, but ultimately this is not enough. Cons: The room (a queen double) was adjoined to another room and had “no soundproofing” according to reception staff. We were subjected to listening to the adjoining room pass wind, and ramble whilst clearly intoxicated for what I would say was about 90% of our stay. The walls are paper thin. Pros: Room was clean and spacious. Shower had good water pressure and hot. Plenty of cupboard space and hangers. Toiletries were good. Staff were all lovely and very accommodating. checkin and checkout process was seamless. Room was a good size. Staff in restaurant in lobby were all really lovely. Cons: Bathroom needs a shelf or cupboard for toiletries. Bed was a little hard for me. Towels need to be replaced/refreshed. I didn't feel that this was a safe place to walk at night. No restaurants in street of hotel. Restaurant on site, but expensive. In saying all of this, I would stay again if it
