Family vacation

Rooms were spacious, atmosphere was perfect and the joy of watching a 3 yr old enjoy her time was priceless

Mini Vacation

Our granddaughter really enjoyed it and she had a lot of fun!! Our server for the indoor waterpark, Tifini, was awesome!! The only bad experience we had was that the water had to be turned off for some maintenance issues and we weren’t notified ahead of time so we had to wait to shower or use the bathroom. Other than that, it was great that the park was indoor and we didn’t have to be out in the heat!!

Terrible

Left early and checked out dude to fire alarm going off Worst experience for this “fancy” place First time coming here and of course , I had a bad experience Because of the the fire alarm and fire department showing up , my daughter who is autistic panicked and we couldn’t comfort her to make our stay. Not only was our stay cut short , the water park outside , got to enjoy it for like 5 minutes before they kicked everyone out the pools and sent back inside. So didn’t have a full experience. Water , a soda and everything 5 dollars or more Food was $18 per combo or more Ridiculous.

Great FUN, FOOD, & EXPERIENCE

We always have a GREAT time when we come! The staff is so friendly and there’s always something fun to do :) We plan a trip every year and will continue to do so!

Ok, but too expensive...

Overall we had fun, but there are definitely some things that could be better. Tables at the buffet were dirty and sticky almost every time we were seated. The indoor slides steel frames were visibly corroded and hangers for pipes were broken off. The outdoor pool and cabanas closed too early, and the "lazy river" was super disappointing. Usually these go around the waterpark so you can see all the slides and activities. This one was super short, and didn't go anywhere you couldn't see from the entrance. The good quality was mediocre at best, and there were no healthy options for my kids at al
