Pros: 部屋がとても清潔で過ごしやすかったし、ロケーションもすごく便利 フロントスタッフさんもとても親切 Cons: 滞在中に残念なハプニングがちらほらありました。まず、火災報知器がシャワー中に鳴り響き、頭にシャンプーつけたままだったので軽くパニック。結局誤作動とのことでしたが、未然に防いで欲しかった。 そして、お湯が出ずシャワーが使えなかった日が一晩。結局朝7時過ぎまで全館お湯が出なくて、仕事にも余裕を持って出られなかった。欧米の人は朝シャワー派が多いだろうけど、普通に24時間お湯を使わせるのが前提のサービスのはず。こちらは、昼間にパイプ工事をした人が温度設定を間違えていじったとのことでした。 なんとなく落ち着かないステイでした。
Nice hotel in Newcastle upon Tyne.
Pros: The hotel is based on one of the finest Georgian streets in the country. Formerly a business area with banks and offices it is nowadays occupied by some decent restaurants and hostelries. My room was very comfortable and on a warm evening the A/C was just right. Cons: I couldn't get the hotel's wifi to work and my room may have been a 'black spot'. It wasn't a big issue for me as I was only there for a few hours.
