Grosvenor House by Solace Stays

Avoid !!Would never use it again nor recommend it to anyone

Pros: The property is managed by scammers , they would use any excuse to hold the deposit. But of course they can rationalise even a bit of ash blown from outside door in the floor… Cons: The shower is either extremely hot or extremely cold and no pressure , shower hard does not seal and water goes all over the floor , light switches be prepared to have a sat nav to find them , door handles broken , please lock the garage door is messy , garden in horrible state , the just is unreachable and very rude

Great base for us to visit family and attend a Christening at Bassaleg Church.

Pros: Very clean and tidy, no clutter. Very quiet location. Cons: Air fresheners, we had to switch them all off on arrival. Overpowering, sorry, and 1 of our party is allergic. We switched them all back on before we left.

Exceptional

Quiet, homely, warm, very comfortable beds. Couple of food pubs within walking distance.

Was enough for me to want to stay again

Pros: The host was exceptionally helpful, I have zero complaints about the property Cons: It was all good

Very good
