Very poor customer service and communication was absurd! Not courteous at all and it’s very clear that they are not bothered about non-citizens - sad indeed. No lunch either, only a buffet which was finished when I got to the hotel. And they could not even offer small meals regardless. Awful indeed. Not everyone likes a buffet!!
I couldn't get the airport bus when I arrived.
The shuttle service was not provided and when we contacted the hotel they said they will send a driver to the airport and it would just be a 15-minute wait time, 2 hours later no driver came so other means of transportation had to be sorted.
No good
The room is clean and comfortable, there is a convenience store in the lobby, but no staff. Tried asking other staff but they ignored, felt bad. The room uses a projection screen, but the brightness is too dim, tried adjusting the settings but unsuccessful.
November here averages 19°C, with around 54 mm of rain across the month.
