Cons: The store manager's customer service attitude is extremely poor, with disrespectful language, commanding tone, and unfriendly speech, which makes me feel very uncomfortable. Even though I am here for work, I get unpleasant looks just for coming back a little late occasionally. Anyway, the attitude is bad, and the overall experience of the stay is not good.

Pros: If it's your first time using it, you may feel the rules are strict, but it's the owner's consideration for you to have a pleasant stay. Also, I love having breakfast on the first floor cafe (additional charge). I will visit again. Cons: Nothing in particular...
