Guild House Hotel

Beautiful room and great location!

Not a serviced hotel and one to avoid.

Pros: The location was close to lots of restaurants and bars. Cons: Very disappointing stay. It is not made clear that this is not a serviced hotel. It is actually a series of rooms in a building with no staff. To enter you need a key code, which helps if one is provided with you, which in my case it wasn't and retrospectively looking at reviews it seems I am not the only one. I arrived after 6pm during a thunderstorm. For 30 mins stood in the pouring rain I tried to get in the building without success. I tried to contact the staff but only voicemail and had to wait an hour for a response to a

Pros: Decor, location, comfortable bed Cons: Water pressure, lack of service, sink didn't drain, no elevator, street noise

Unique, not very comfortable. We had two carryons and no space for them. I have a CPAP and there was no space on end tab

I find this to be deceitful. To sell a room through Booking and be silent about a lack of windows
