One night in a lovely Sheffield hotel. What a gem!

Pros: A traditional British hotel in a quiet and leafy suburb of Sheffield, situated on land adjacent to Sheffield University within easy reach of the hospitals and city centre. The beautiful Sheffield Botanic Gardens are a short stroll away. All the staff whom we encountered at Halifax Hall were very friendly, professional and helpful. Our bedroom was delightful; fully equipped, quiet and very comfortable, with a Nespresso coffee machine and plenty of capsules available at a station on the landing. We could also help ourselves to complimentary snacks and biscuits there, as well as tea and co

Great value for money, good location and helpful staff.

Pros: We have stayed here three times now, visiting my son at the university. We have always found the staff most helpful and polite. The room is clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good and plentiful. Cons: N/A
