Pros: When we entered the room, there was a smell because the window couldn't open, so there was no fresh air at all

Pros: When we entered the room, there was a smell because the window couldn't open, so there was no fresh air at all. One part of it is that they have a hidden cost for parking the car, which costs 40 euros per night. You can't cancel your booking anymore once you arrive at the hotel. This parking fee information should be explained in your booking so that there are no surprise costs. Cons: Dishonest

The staff is professional and capable

The staff is professional and capable. In particular, Simone and Luigi at breakfast and Giorgia at the reception. Everything is organized perfectly. Great hotel managed perfectly.

Average, I was able to enjoy it outside the hotel.

Cons: Woken up by a fire alarm at 6:00 in the morning (false alarm) according to them, in the meantime, everyone had left the building. Not being accommodated in a family room as described in the reservation, being separated from my family due to a service oversight on the reservation... pppfff!!!
