Great hotel, clean, tidy, large rooms, good breakfast.
Pros: Great size rooms. So tidy. Great with sustainability. Good breakfast. Like tea and coffee free throughout day and night. Cons: Not central to main attractions but easily accessible by taxi or walking if you like to walk.

Bed was tilting to the left making sleep uncomfortable.Some towels rips and big whole in them. Breakfast had no vegetables, no palnt based protein, no vegi omlet nor make your own omelet, no smoked salmon or any other kind of fish such as even cheap tuna fish. Breakfast was alot of cheap carbs. There were 2 mosquitoes and 1 fly hovering over food in Breakfast area and 1 landed on my food and had to throw the whole plate out. I informed the staf but nothing happened. At time of checkout i forgot to claim an item that I had checked in and no body in front desk mentioned my checked in item and in

Wonderful, new, modern hotel located in the bustling Seaport area. Very convenient to the cruise port. Spacious rooms and bath. For superior to any other Hampton Inn, I've stayed at in the past. And nicer than many other hotels. I would definitely stay there again if I'm in Boston.

Outstanding Kindness and Exceptional Service
I had a wonderful experience with the staff at this hotel and especially want to express my sincere appreciation to the housekeeping team. After checking out, I realized that I had accidentally left an important medication in the refrigerator in my room. By the time I returned, the room had already been cleaned. The housekeeper immediately went back and carefully checked the trash bag, and thankfully found the medication for me. Having it returned was extremely important, and I was deeply touched by his kindness, care, and willingness to help. I am also very grateful to the front desk staff, w
