Good location
Pros: Good location and breakfast Cons: Nothing
Excellent
Pros: Location is very central . Room was spotless. Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly . Everything you would look for in a hotel !! Cons: Norhing
Very happy with our stay, would come again
Pros: Excellent Cons: More than skim milk for tea
Excellent option if you want to be close to everything
Pros: I was in room 402 for disabled guests (I am not disabled) so the bathroom is spacious enough for a wheelchair to fit in well, I suppose it's comfortable if you have a motor disability, even next to the bed there is a button to call reception in case of emergency. The hotel's proximity to tourist attractions and the Belfast Grand Central where buses and trains depart is the hotel's strong point, super convenient. Cons: Having carpet in the room. The towels left lint all over the clothes... maybe they should be changed or treated somehow. The electric kettle also needs a good cleaning. At
