Pros: Clean and tidy helpful staff Cons: Breakfast was not very good only one waffle machine and food was cold no hot chocolate and not a lot of choice with warm food

Top hotel in great location
Pros: Excellent location and really helpful staff. Superb room layout and accessible shower with good transport links to railway station and transfer to airport. Definitely book here again Cons: Entry from street level needed lift to reception but not a big deal

Pros: The location is very good, 5 minute walk away from the library and 10 minute walk away from the bullring, buses and trams on your door step, and plenty of bars on the strip. Cons: The toilet door not closing was a problem as I was staying with my wife and 2 little children, who are very hyper active, the room. Only had 1 bed side table, and one of the blinds didn't close fully.
