The wonderful staff made our stay special

Pros: The staff were brilliant, especially Sarah, Amz and the two ladies who were there when we arrived. The computer systems were down and the staff were rushed off their feet trying to help everyone. There was a problem with our room, the bathroom/wardrobe door could not be used it appeared to not run on the track! We had our room changed quickly and efficiently the next day. Sarah continued to be very friendly and helpful right through our stay. Cons: The bed was too hard for us and I found it difficult to get any sleep. En el desayuno está muy completo y todo muy limpio

Pros: Se puede ir caminando a todos sitios , personal muy amable , desayuno variado Justo abajo, hay un súper abierto 24 horas con todo lo básico necesario y Además tienen 5 gatitos adorables 🥰 Cons: Son un poco estrictos a la hora del check in, me hubiera gustado poder dejar mis objetos personales al llegar , aunque no pudiera ingresar a la habitación.

Hotel location and room view were disappointing

Pros: I love the great service and attentiveness that I received from Ryan, the rep that checked me in. He apologized for the room not being to my satisfaction. He was very willing to find a better room for me. He did all he could to accommodate me. I would highly recommend Ryan for recognition for his excellent customer service. I was also very impressed by the female hotel front desk manager, who willingly went next door to get change for me, so I could leave a tip for the housekeeper. The hotel is a cashless hotel, so they were not able to provide me with any change. Cons: The small hote
