Good Stay
Pros: Lovely room with comfy bed fir a good nights sleep. Proximity to departures is excellent. Cons: Disappointed that there were no extra toiletries other than liquid soap For the price thought the hotel might have provided a few extras.

Pros: Location great for airport access. We have stayed here multiple times over the last few years but this will be the last time. Cons: Where to start…it is all wrong on the ground floor. The bedrooms are great and cannot be faulted. The food is awful and totally overpriced. The ambience is clinical at best and there is a herding system in place so that everyone queues where they should. I was three steps from where the drinks are served and told to take those steps to receive them - omg really? I ordered soup as a starter and it was like baby food - gloopy and full of gluten thickener.
Pros: I saw house keeping in the corridor and explained I was allergic ti the feather bedding. She came straight back and exchanged it. This was 8pm. Cons: Walk to airport would have been tricky if the weather was poor.

Pros: Location Cons: Waiting one and a half hours for evening food. Poor service. No excuse to be kept waiting that long.
