Ideal for Gatwick flight
Pros: Clean and comfortable modern room with easy access to our flight. Good facilities for breakfast and plenty of options for my dietary requirements. Cons: 12.5% discretionary service charge was added to dinner bill without option to refuse to pay it - that is not discretionary.

Fabulous place to stop the night before a trip, great facilities, friendly staff
Pros: Breakfast was ok - I would have liked a better choice of pastry and fruit but it was fine - that is just my personal preference. The location was perfect - straight out of the hotel onto the departure level. As a woman travelling alone, that was perfect. Cons: Not being able to get to the hotel other than going via departures- its greatest feature was a fail for me personally when I accidentally left something and had to come back for it after my trip. The hotel was great about it though. Held onto my items and communicated very helpfully to get it back
