It was ok.
Pros: The rooms were lovely and clean. Most of the staff were polite, happy to help, and approachable. Can't grumble for the price which included breakfast.
Cons: Some staff were uptight and a little rude. Very slow check-in, over half hour having to wait for papers to be sorted then having to sign papers for 4 rooms I had booked.
Breakfast was tasty for what the little I had, but I feel the system needs rethinking as it felt like a free for all, there wasn't any structure, people were just pushing in, especially about 15+ flight attendants who just came out of nowhere and just seemed to fee

Great place to stay for weekends away
Pros: Very modern and easy to get to from the city centre
Cons: I was charged what I thought was an extortionate amount for a celebration arrival package for which I could have done myself a lot cheaper but my partner really appreciated the surprise so it was some what worth the effort and request

Cons: Breakfast was adequate but coffee was thin and not strong. More sliced fruit to be available rather than just melon and pineapple.

Pros: It was modern and the breakfast and gym were great.
Cons: We had several issues. We were places in a disability room originally. Had to ask to change. On arrival we buzzed for carpark, no answer had to double park outside hotel to gain acess… when returning home with car after evening out.. buzzer for car park was off the line and we again had to drive round to ask for shuttle to be open. Staff attitude both times not good. Our room had a broken nozel in the shower and the shower door locked us in the toilet, air con did not work had a maintenance alert on the dial. Staff couldnt find ou
