Great location. Staff outstanding
Pros: Absolutely outstanding staff .got in a hour early .we got great directions to places .room huge Cons: I liked everything but if I was giving a bit off advice I'd say have two types of bacon at breakfast they only serve crispy bacon a softer one would be nice as I've throat problems so wouldn't risk the hard bacon . Also breakfast area very hot everything perfectly fine lift was playing up but did me no harm walking the stairs

Pros: Extremely comfortable room with thoughtful extra touches. Excellent breakfast with decent coffee and visibly happy staff. Very capable check in staff, who listened to my request for a quiet room. Cons: Nothing. Usually having to use a lift would annoy me, but it, too, was efficient and quick. I wished I could have stayed long enough to use the fitness suite.
Overnight stop
Pros: Very convenient location for overnight stop. Breakfast was good. Cons: The signage at street level is inadequate (doorway is very inconspicuous). There seems to be no security; anyone could walk in from the street and access all floors!
Conveniently located for trains
Pros: Brilliant location within walking distance of the station. Cons: The breakfast didn’t match my expectations- the hash browns weren’t crispy enough, the cappuccino wasn’t great, the bacon was dry, and it would have been nice to have had a choice of egg although I did like the scrambled egg.
Great location not well organised
Pros: Good location Cons: The fact that when I got there my second bed wasn’t made and when I brought this to the attention of the staff they gave me the bedding to make it myself not what you expect when booking a hotel
