Pros: The staff were, without exception, a credit to the place. They feel like hosts who want you as their guest. They look you in the eye, walk towards you, smile with their eyes. The fabric of the place is still pretty new but it looks brand new, it's comfortable, spotless, making this one of the best hotels in my little world. Cons: Try as I might, I can't think of anything!
