Pros: The location was perfect because our van could drop us off right at the hotel so we did not need to get a water bus or water taxi to our hotel. Also, there is a water bus stop just across the street from the hotel making the rest of Venice easily accessible to us. The included breakfast was more than adequate. Cons: We cannot think of anything we did not like about our stay. We arrived at 10:30 in the morning and our room was not immediately available, but that is perfectly understandable. We were able to safely store our luggage and begin to explore Venice without worry until our room w

Pros: Location rooms and facilities, Reception very friendly. Cons: Breakfast was really crowded. even at 07:00 in the morning. Diner is not a good experience. Order via QR code?! Diner should be a an service experience and not a phone contact experience. Next to that my steak was terrible while we asked medium. it was completely over cooked.
