Great room and breakfast was very good. Close to all town attractions and great restaurants. Very close to the train station, walkable distance with luggage, about 10 minutes or so. Easy walk.

Great location for the Opera House. Parking is discounted but still £17.50 for 24 hours so factor in when booking
