Your policies suck and your staff didn't even respond to me.

Pros: Considering your cancelation policy and not even getting a response from anyone, you get a bad review. I gave you a week notice that I wouldn't be staying there afterall and yet you didn't even respond to me and didn't refund me anything. Full charge for not staying there is gay. Cons: Your policies and lack of empathy or response.

Would definitely stay again

Pros: Easy access to everything. The breakfast was very good. Cons: Everything was fine

Not impressed

Pros: Not much the breakfast was good. Cons: The man at the front desk was rude, I asked for a luggage cart and he told me I would have to go to different floors to find one. The room we had was horrible, the decor was dirty and worn out, the tv was not directly in front us, we had to turn all the way to the right to watch it. There was also a large group that was staying at the hotel when we were there. The staff catered to them, making us feel invisible. My overall experience was terrible.
