Pros: Staff. Comfortable. Shuttle. Cons: Elevator :) but they were working to fix it so not their fault.

Besides the first employee, everything else was great

Pros: Breakfast was great! Plenty of selections Cons: Didn’t like having to pay for parking or the fact that the first employee we met at 1am at the desk told me we had to be charged 1600.00 again otherwise we weren’t getting a room because she said I didn’t have the card I used ( but I did !)
