Pros: It was clean and cozy Cons: I felt the staff could've helped more than they did during checkin there was an issue with the card booking had on file making the payment not process which delayed us checking in I had to call booking myself to get the issue corrected we were in a rush already to get to the room to get ready for a concert we were there for...we finally get to the room and when going to shower the water pressure was horrible making us delayed even more ...we were almost 2 hours late...I tried calling to complain but got no answer ...at checkout the manager stated they couldn't
