Expensive and shoddy customer service

Pros: This property was very clean. I'll give it that. Cons: Things went downhill right at check-in. Our family of four (two adults, two teenagers) showed up with a booking for a room with two queen beds, booked back in March. Check-in was a breeze, but when we got to our room...one king bed. Uh, no. We went back downstairs and explained the situation to the young woman and older gentleman behind the desk. Clearly one bed for four people wasn't going to work, other than for some weird Charlie Bucket family situation. We were told by the defensive man that Booking had put us in a king room with

They canceled my booking even though everything was confirmed on my end - and then had no rooms available. Awful and unfortunate

Great place all around, convenient to everywhere you need to go.

Pros: Cleanest, most modern Hampton I’ve ever stayed in! Cons: Fluffy eggs tasted a bit unreal

Pros: I really loved the hotel. The location the room and the staff. Cons: The only thing I didn’t like was that the pool was shut down because of a heater problem. But things happen.
