Pros: Bad crew management. No room cleaning Cons: Crew
never again
Pros: Clean and well located Cons: Failed to inform us of a parade that shut down area around hotel so could not access it. When we called for assistance we were basically told to figure it out on our own. Waited over an hour for our car on the way home as they had forgotten to call the garage after we gave the ticket. Food at breakfast is terrible and there is nowhere to sit, even during ‘quiet times’. Impossible to get an elevator to the lobby in the morning. Despite asking for management to call during our stay they never did
Disappointed
Pros: The location was great and the breakfast was good. Cons: The staff at the front desk were pretty rude, I assume this is a result of the hotel trying to make money by volume of reservations rather than quality of the stay. Housekeeping came to my room one time during my stay and only after I asked for it. There was no gym and the whole place was kind of grimy- again, I think this was a result of trying to cram as many people into a small place as possible. I felt like I was nickel and dimed for every little thing. There is a comparatively priced chain down the road we stayed at last year
Was amazing
Pros: The location is too good and the breakfast was really good too. The only inconvenient is the elevator it takes long time to come especially in rush time as at the breakfast time. Cons: The room was too small for family of 4 persons two adults and two children no space to move at all
Perfect
Pros: The location Cons: Noisy air conditioning
