Pros: That was relatively close to the stadium. Oh, and the attention I received from a single employee who spoke Spanish was very kind. Cons: Well, we went to the World Cup final, and although we know everything is more expensive, paying 1700 per night per room seemed absurd to me. Throughout my life, I have stayed in good hotels like the Ritz, but so far, I had not paid this much. I can understand it's the World Cup, the NASA spaceship or whatever. But this hotel is a pass-through hotel, at most, I would pay 600. We had to keep our shoes on all the time, the carpet was all sticky.
We were comfortable and really liked the staff's attention.
Pros: We felt very comfortable, the attention at the front desk was warm, friendly, and quick to resolve any doubts. They set up the environment for the football celebration. It was well thought out. Cons: The breakfast could improve, the rooms need refurbishing although the cleanliness was always very good.

Cons: Terrible stay experience. Poor internal communication between front desk staff led to the same issue every single morning: I kept receiving calls at 11 a.m. reminding me that my checkout time was due. I stayed here from July 17 to 21, and this disruption robbed me of sleep day after day. When I brought this matter up to the manager, he handled the situation with very little patience. No compensation was offered to me as a guest, nor was any corrective action taken against the staff. He simply tried to sweep the problem under the rug. The manager is extremely unprofessional, and I will ne
