Definitely need more people who are not afraid to speak up when something is being done against all

Pros: Staff was helpful and pleasant Cons: The air was not working well in my room. NO ICE anywhere but 7th floor. We didnt find out until the last night there. No attempt of stopping the weed smoking in the halls and elevators

Pros: Daily housekeeping services, excellent cleanliness, very comfortable bed and beddings Cons: One of the two elevators broke and there was no active solution in place when guests would stand 5-10

I missed an arranged ride despite taking the fire-stairs down with my limited mobility

Very relaxing, greeted by everyone.

Pros: Room was very clean, large. Everyone was very nice, polite, asked us if we needed any assistance. The staff was very welcoming, even the employees out front we didn’t use their assistance but they still acknowledged us. You don’t get that very often when you go anywhere. Cons: The room was really warm, we turned then ac as low (68) as we could and it still was very warm.
