Pros: Martha and Saul were very pleasant staff members

Pros: Martha and Saul were very pleasant staff members. They asked if we needed anything and were attentive. They also had a hospitable and positive attitude. Martha was extremely helpful in answering general Chicago questions. Cons: You must ensure request your room is cleaned on a daily basis if not it's every other day.
