⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-Star Review! We had an absolutely wonderful experience at the Hampton Inn Cincinnati-NW/Fairfield! This is honestly the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. Everything was spotless, well-maintained, and clearly cared for. A special thank you to Sukhi and Paul for their incredibly friendly and welcoming service. They went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and taken care of. It’s so refreshing to be greeted by people who genuinely seem to care about their guests! Less than adequate stay

The good: Check-in went well -- somehow (Expedia is the worst ever!) I had inadvertently booked a handicapped room and Sukhi was wonderful and kindly took care of booking me into a regular king bed room on the top floor. Sukhi was the best. The bad: Hallway just outside of the elevator had a nasty smell and hallway cleanliness was suspect. The room door stuck and was hard to open. Floor in room seemed dirty -- most probably because it was in desperate need of a carpet update. The ugly: Tile floor in bathroom and door entryway was disgusting. Looked like years of dirt and cleaning produ

Pros: Room was great, bed was great seeing our name on the TV screen was marvelous Cons: The cart that guest uses for their belongings up and down the hallway and even going thru the hallway was the absolute worst, not safe not stable very whoopbly hard to maneuver around, needs to be REPLACED for the type of guest you arriving and using the equipment.

The staff was great. Everything was nice and clean.

Pros: What’s good location for where we were going? Cons: The view from our room what is the air conditioner on the roof but really it didn’t matter. The room was nice and quiet and clean.

Pleasant weekend stay

Our stay was comfortable and all of the staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the room which was spacious and clean. I particularly wanted to shout out Sophi who was particularly friendly and graciously offered us bottled water when we checked out.
