Wonderful
Pros: Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Very comfortable room. Location was perfect. Walked to waterfront pier and R&R Hall of Fame. Cons: More breakfast options

The Valet ( yourg black girl) was also amazing!
Pros: The lady that greeted me to help with my booking was so kind and amazing. My sister and I just lost our mother. I wanted to take her downtown and both of us decompress I love the city and go to Christian concerts alone. My sister would be uncomfortable in the city and I love spending time there I always had to enjoy everything alone. So she was able to see Cleveland through my eyes She loved it. And Cleveland is beautiful at night We don’t have money to stay in your hotel. I found a good deal on booking.com So you made two girls feel so special. Cons: Nothing

A surprise parking price, even higher than in DC.
Pros: Prepare to add extra 60 books for valet Parking based on your room price. Cons: Hope parking price is easy to see before submitting booking. I would not booked this hotel if I would know the valet parking price.

The staff was great, my room was nice and comfortable. I had a nice view. After a long drive, it was nice to go to my ro
Pros: I liked that it was right downtown. Cons: There is no parking outside of the building. You have to use valet or park about a block down in a creepy parking garage. I wasn’t expecting to pay an extra price to park.
