The staff was nice. The room had a broken blind. The bathtub didn’t look clean, and there wasn’t a fan in the bathroom.
Pros: It’s downtown. Cons: No fan in the bathroom. The window blinds were broke. The tub didn’t look clean.

Would book again
Pros: The front desk lady on staff the first evening was spectacular Cons: Had problems getting our phone chargers to work in the room

Pros: Easy check-in process and breakfast was hot and ready. Cons: The room was not updated and the bathroom was not great. I've stayed in other rooms in this hotel that were better for the same price. The location sometimes feels unsafe.

Very poor
Pros: Nothing Cons: This place is dirty, in an area that feels unsafe and shabby. Rips in the bedding, dingy towels, stains in the tub, hair in the bed (not mine!), there are better options in town. Do yourself a favour and give this one a miss.

Pros: We loved everything in the staff was wonderful we even had our family pet with us and they treated her so nice Cons: That the pool wasn't open
