Top Notch and Super Friendly Staff
The gentleman who checked us in on Sunday, Oct 6, 2025 at 3:30pm was very professional, courteous, and such a pleasure. We were going to the Chiefs vs Jaguars game and I asked for his recommendation on how to best get to and back from the game. I shared that we have our car, but did not know the parking guidelines, or perhaps we should Uber. With a genuine smile, he explained the St. John Water Taxi. With pen and paper, he wrote their site name and was detailed in describing 'the southend port' and boarding behind Doubletree. He then grabbed a map and stated to turn right out of Hampton Inn, m
