Old Karen at the front desk.
The old lady at the front desk is very rude.. she claimed she heard me walking my dog out claimed he was barking. Not true. Then stated the other guest asked for a discount. She does not like pets and is very rude. I paid for 3 nights and she stated “as a heads up” her manager “Chris” may ask me to leave in the morning. I asked if the dog is currently barking she said no but she heard him and she had to report it.. then she claimed she had to discount another guest. Yet there is kids outside smoking weed, yelling, kids with motor bikes all over the parking lot and she’s upset my dog may or ma

Love the location but they need to tighten up with their maintenence of the property
I am not sure what is going on with this property. I am a gold member and have stayed there dozens of times and loved the location. The last two times, we had a problem with the shower. The first time, the water was running and could not be turned off. so they moved us to another room. Last week, the shower door would not stay shut. I reported it twice, and it was never repaired.
